Many Weight professionals use holistic definition of Ideal weight which focuses more on health than weight. That is ideal weight is:
1 Determined by your lifestyle, not by any Measurement.
2 Where food is part of your life & not all of your life.
3 That one’s body settles into with a balanced lifestyle, healthful eating (natural appetites), regular physical activity with rest(without compulsive exercise & weight medication)
4 Attainable & maintainable within reasonably stable range without resorting to heroic efforts on caloric intake or expenditure.
